Snack Ideas

Fresh fruit cut into bite size chunks

Hard-boiled eggs

Apples, cut into quarters, with core removed

Apples, quartered and cored with peanut butter or flavored cream cheese on each quarter *

Bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter *

Muffins and Fruit

Dried apples, bananas or other fruits with apple sauce

Breadsticks with marinara

Oranges, peeled and quartered

Pumpkin bread

Banana bread

Zucchini bread

Bananas in cereal or pudding

Bananas sliced in half and spread with peanut butter *

Crackers and cheese

Crackers spread with peanut butter and jelly or jam *

Veggies cut into small sticks with ranch dressing

Celery sticks, spread with peanut butter *

Cheese cubes and crackers
